We operate as E-commerce only. So we do not have any physical store as of now, however we do have a local warehouse pick-up point based in Durban. All our items are sourced locally.

You will receive the order confirmation email immediately just after confirming the order and the check out process is complete.
If you don’t receive that email, kindly check your Junk/Spam folder and see if you can locate it (Please mark “Not as Spam” to receive the emails directly into your Inbox).

You will receive Track order number inside the order confirmation email to track your order.

We use The Courier Guy for shipment deliveries.

You will receive your item within the chosen shipping time frame (5-9 business days)

Yes, you can our contact customer service team and we will provide you an order invoice.

Currently, Cash on delivery/Bank transfer payment options are not available. Same will be available in near future.

The refund will reflect into your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 business days (depending on your card issuer’s policies) once initiated by Promoultd

If you received a damaged/defective item from Promoultd, it is our responsibility and we will refund complete amount along with shipping fees.

If you would like to cancel your order for any personal reasons, in that case:
i. If the shipment has been created/processed from the seller: The shipping fees will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded.
ii. If the shipment has not been created/ processed by the seller: Full refund will be processed.
Note: If the shipment has been dispatched, we cannot cancel your order.

Card transactions will be acquired for PromoUltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.  PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy

All the delivery addresses are recorded in the order history and verified before delivery by our respective departments.

If system detected any transaction as fraud, we verify transaction by taking some details from buyer and if authentication failed in verification then the transaction will be cancelled and refunded within 10 to 15 working days.
