WAYS TO USE YOUR INDIAN LEAF BATH

OPTION 1 — BUCKET METHOD (Traditional Cleansing)

Ideal if you don’t have a bathtub or prefer a more traditional approach. After straining the prepared leaf infusion, allow it to cool until comfortably warm.
Stand in your shower or bathroom and slowly pour the infused water over your body from the shoulders down using a bucket or jug.
Pause, breathe deeply, and gently massage the water into your skin.
Do not rinse off with soap afterward,allow the essence of the leaves to remain on your body.

OPTION 2 —TUB SOAK (Deep Healing Soak)

Best for full relaxation, release, and restoration.

Pour the strained leaf infusion into a warm bath filled to your desired level.
Step in slowly and soak for 15–25 minutes.
As you soak, inhale the herbal steam and allow your body to fully relax.
You may gently pour the bath water over your shoulders and chest during the soak.
Afterward, rinse lightly with clean water
